Goals & Schedule

“You can’t hit a target you cannot see, and you can’t see a target you do not have.” -Zig Ziglar

Planning everything from your work week to your career trajectory works on the same principle as Zig Ziglar’s famous quote.

Write down your short-term and long-term goals, put them where you’ll see them every day, and find partners to stay accountable. If your mentors are in the loop about where you want to be, they’ll be a huge help staying on-course!

Times shown are Eastern Standard. Work with your mentor to customize a schedule that’s perfect for where you live and getting the result you want! The recommended SFG schedule comes in three variations:

Agency Builders Only (40 Hours/wk)

Agency Builders are leaders who leverage the entire SFG system. These agents spend around 10 hours per week mentoring their team and finding new agents, generating override income in addition to what they produce in the field. If you want to own a business at Symmetry – even if you’re brand new – this is you!

Full-Time Agents and Agency Builders (30 Hours/wk)

Full-time agents spend around 10 hours more with families each week to maximize their impact and instant income beyond that of the part-time schedule.

Part-Time Agents, Full-Time Agents, and Agency Builders (20 Hours/wk)

All SFG agents spend at least 20 hours per week helping families in the field. The part-time schedule is ideal for Symmetry agents who also work at another job.

Remember: the schedules on this page represent “cruising altitude” for being efficient and profitable. During your first 90 days, expect the learning process (particularly appointment setting) to require additional time!
