Important:

Click on register an account and sign up as an AGENT when prompted whether an agent or agency. When prompted if you want to add carriers or relationships, put ‘not now’ and click next. On the last page of the signup form, next to the Agency box, click on the search icon and put in Swat Team.  This will automatically add all carriers that we work with for medical exams.
