By now you’ve received an e-mail with the subject line “Welcome to Symmetry, [Your Name]” that includes your OPT! log-in credentials. For now, make note of that log-in and keep it handy.
Setting Up Your Carrier Contracts
As we mentioned in the last step, our staff will take care of appointing you with individual insurance carriers. Most carriers will appoint you when you submit your first application with them, but a few require you to be appointed in advance. Let’s create those requests now!
Step 1:
Click the button to register for an account on the SureLC platform:

Next, set up your account profile, being careful to complete all required fields
Step 3:
Finally, create a Carrier Request for every available carrier
If you’re a prior agent with existing carrier writing numbers, don’t worry! Our staff will transfer those carriers over and will let you know if any action on your part is needed.
Once you’ve submitted all your carrier requests, it’s time to log into HQ and get started on Basecamp!
Starting Basecamp
Basecamp is the first part of our Summit training platform, and is located in Quility HQ. Here’s a guide to help you log into HQ for the first time:
After you’ve logged into HQ, access Summit by clicking the “mountain” icon in the menu bar at the top right
Click “Basecamp,” and get started! You should be able to complete Basecamp in less than 6 hours. There’s a Mentor Checkpoint after Step 9, so call your mentor when you get there. Good luck, and don’t look down!
Don’t forget! Most videos in Summit include scripts, printables, and other downloadable content in the blue “Resources” panel. Download all of these items and keep them organized; you’ll need them later!
